Thanks to our fully automated chrome plating infrastructure, we achieve high repeatability and process stability, while meticulously monitoring every stage of production through the expertise of our experienced team.

All materials entering and leaving our facility undergo 100% inspection processes to verify compliance with our quality standards. Thus, we establish a controlled, traceable, and reliable structure across the entire production chain from plastic injection to chrome plating.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS PRODUCTION

By prioritizing environmental responsibility and process safety in our production operations, we manage wastewater in a controlled and sustainable manner using our state-of-the-art, fully automated treatment facility.

Our treatment plant operates on a PLC-controlled automation infrastructure, allowing real-time monitoring of all critical processes. To ensure stable and efficient operation, process wastewater is collected in separate equalization tanks based on pollution classifications and systematically fed into the treatment process. This approach prevents wastewater of varying characteristics from disrupting process balance, contributing to a more stable and controlled treatment system.

Through the controlled treatment of wastewater and the execution of processes in compliance with environmental standards, we aim to minimize the environmental impact of our manufacturing activities.
