At Yaylı Group, we perform the quality and process control of our chrome plating processes in our in-house laboratory. We aim to ensure consistent and repeatable quality by monitoring the production process at every stage, not just at final inspection.

ADVANCED TESTING AND MEASUREMENT INFRASTRUCTURE

In our laboratory, we perform salt spray testing, Cross Cut testing, climatic testing, and coating thickness measurements to verify the performance and coating quality of our chrome-plated products.

Additionally, we regularly perform volumetric analyses of our plating baths, which are among the core components of the chrome plating process, keeping the process chemistry fully under control.
